INTERNAL HOUSE RULES OF Kurpiai Suites & Spa
These Internal House Rules establish the main conditions governing guest conduct, safety, use of property, quiet hours, liability, and the organization of the stay within the apartments and common areas. These rules apply to all guests and their visitors from the moment of arrival until full check-out.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Upon arrival and check-in, the guest confirms that they have read these Rules and undertakes to comply with them, as well as to ensure that all accompanying persons and invited visitors also comply.
1.2. The administration reserves the right to warn any guest who violates these Rules. In cases of serious, repeated, or safety-threatening violations, the administration may require the violation to cease and, as a last resort, terminate the accommodation in accordance with applicable law and reservation conditions.
2. Arrival, Check-in, and Departure
2.1. Standard check-in time at Kurpiai Suites & Spa is from 15:00, and check-out time is until 12:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2. Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out may be offered. This is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
2.3. If the guest wishes to check out later than 12:00, this must be agreed in advance. Failure to agree a late check-out may result in an additional charge:
- departure between 12:00 and 18:00 – up to 50% of one night’s rate;
- departure after 18:00 – up to 100% of one night’s rate.
3. Identity Verification and Guest Data
3.1. Upon arrival, the guest may be requested to present a valid identity document to confirm the reservation, identity, and lawful stay.
3.2. The administration collects only such data as is necessary for registration, contract performance, accounting, security, and compliance with legal obligations. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Guests are not required to provide excessive or unnecessary data.
4. Payment for Services
4.1. Payment for accommodation and additional services shall be made in accordance with the reservation confirmation or on-site arrangements. Where advance payment applies, it must be completed within the specified timeframe.
4.2. Additional services ordered during the stay shall be paid for at the time of provision or upon departure, unless otherwise clearly stated.
4.3. If unpaid services or damages are identified after departure, the administration shall first contact the guest and provide details of the amount due and its justification. Charges shall not be automatically deducted from payment cards without a clear legal and contractual basis.
5. Duration of Stay and No-Show
5.1. Where a guest stays for less than one night, the full nightly rate may apply if clearly indicated at the time of reservation.
5.2. Cancellation, no-show, and refund conditions are governed by the Reservation Terms and Conditions or specific offer conditions.
6. Conduct of Guests and Visitors
6.1. All guests and their visitors must:
- maintain cleanliness, order, and general standards of behavior;
- use and protect property responsibly;
- use equipment and furniture for their intended purpose;
- immediately report damages, incidents, or hazards;
- ensure that minors and dependent persons are properly supervised at all times.
7. Quiet Hours and Respect for Others
7.1. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
7.2. During this time, noise, loud music, shouting, or any disruptive behavior is prohibited. Continued disturbance after a warning may result in termination of the stay.
8. Smoking, Alcohol, and Prohibited Substances
8.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, apartments, and common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where available.
8.2. If additional cleaning or remediation is required due to smoking, the guest may be charged for actual costs incurred.
8.3. The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspected illegal activity, the administration may contact law enforcement authorities.
9. Pets
9.1. Pets are allowed only where explicitly permitted and agreed in advance.
9.2. Unauthorized pets may be refused or subject to additional conditions, where feasible.
10. Security, Keys, and Access Codes
10.1. Guests must keep keys, cards, and access codes secure and must not disclose them to third parties.
10.2. When leaving the premises, guests must ensure that doors are locked, windows closed, and electrical devices are used safely.
11. Use of Property and Liability for Damage
11.1. All furniture, equipment, appliances, textiles, and other inventory remain the property of the Service Provider, except for consumable items intended for guest use.
11.2. Guests are liable for damage or loss caused by themselves or accompanying persons and must compensate for direct and reasonably calculated losses. Where damage results in loss of use of the premises, compensation for downtime may be claimed where permitted by law.
12. Valuables
12.1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings unless items have been formally accepted for safekeeping by the administration.
12.2. The administration may refuse to accept items for safekeeping where this is not reasonably possible.
13. Right of Access
13.1. The administration may enter rooms or apartments where necessary in cases of:
- emergency situations;
- risk to safety, property, or building condition;
- technical maintenance or repairs;
- necessary inspections;
- serious complaints regarding rule violations.
13.2. Where possible, the guest shall be informed in advance or immediately thereafter.
14. Video Surveillance
14.1. Video surveillance may be used in common areas and external spaces for security purposes. Surveillance is not conducted in areas where privacy is expected, such as inside apartments or sanitary facilities.

15. Prohibitions
15.1. The following are prohibited:
- damaging property or infrastructure;
- moving furniture or removing inventory without permission;
- storing hazardous or flammable materials;
- using open flames (candles, incense) unless permitted;
- accommodating more persons than booked;
- leaving minors unattended;
- allowing unauthorized overnight visitors;
- using premises for unlawful purposes.
16. Lost and Found
16.1. Items left behind may be stored for a reasonable period. Where possible, guests will be notified.
16.2. Shipping or return costs are generally borne by the guest.
17. Violations and Termination of Stay
17.1. In cases of serious or repeated violations, or where safety, property, or other guests are at risk, the administration may terminate the stay.
17.2. Refunds shall be determined based on the nature of the violation, reservation conditions, and applicable law.

19. Final Provisions
19.1. The administration reserves the right to update these Rules as necessary. The latest version shall be published on the website.
19.2. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
