INTERNAL RULES OF "KURPIAI SUITES & SPA"

  1. The guest who has reserved and checked into the apartment confirms that they will adhere to the internal regulations of "KURPIAI SUITES & SPA" (hereinafter referred to as Apartments). Failure to comply may result in a warning from the responsible employees of the Apartments (hereinafter referred to as Administration), and a guest who does not comply with or deliberately violates these rules may be asked to leave the Apartments. In such cases, payments made by the guest are non-refundable, and the guest must pay for all services acquired until departure.
  2. For the safety of guests and property, video surveillance cameras are installed in common areas and outdoors of the apartments.
  3. Guest check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is until 12:00.
  4. The Apartments are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The administration operates from 9:00 to 19:00.
  5. Upon arrival, the guest and accompanying persons must fill out guest cards in the Apartments, indicating the details of valid identification documents (passport, ID card) including document number, issuing authority, and expiration date.
  6. Guests must settle the accommodation invoice (and meals if booked together) at least 7 days before arrival, and for other services provided during their stay, immediately after service delivery. Additional services during the guest's stay must be settled in cash or by bank card.
  7. If a guest stays in the apartments for less than 24 hours, they are charged for the full day regardless of check-out time.
  8. Upon request and subject to availability, the guest's stay and room access code validity period may be extended if they wish to check out after 12:00.
  9. If a guest checks out between 12:00 and 18:00, a fee of up to 50% of the room's daily rate is applied. Checking out after 18:00 incurs a fee equivalent to 100% of the room's daily rate.
  10. If a guest has paid for accommodation and additional services but decides not to use them, the payment is non-refundable. If a guest departs from the apartments earlier than the reserved period, i.e., without completing the entire stay, no refunds are provided for the unused portion.
  11. "Kurpiai Suites & Spa" apartments reserve the right to refuse entry to unwanted or suspicious individuals. Unwanted persons include those who have previously stayed in the apartments without paying for services, misappropriated or damaged apartment property and/or inventory without proper compensation to the Apartments in good faith.
  12. All guests (and their visitors) must maintain cleanliness and order, use apartment facilities, appliances, furniture, and other items in rooms and common areas properly and for their intended purpose, and immediately report any malfunctions to apartment administration.
  13. All items in the apartments and other apartment premises, except single-use hygiene items for guest use and food products specifically intended for guest use in the room (coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener), are property of the apartments. Guests are not allowed to take them upon departure.
  14. Upon leaving the room and apartments, guests must ensure they close and lock the doors behind them for security reasons. Guests must also safeguard the lock code provided to them and not disclose it to non-resident individuals in the apartment.
  15. If damage or loss of apartment inventory occurs due to the guest's fault, the guest compensates the Apartments according to established rates.
  16. If damage prevents guests from being accommodated (e.g., damaged room inventory, damaged electrical wires, pipes, etc.), the full room rate is paid during the period required for damage repair. Parents/guardians/caretakers are responsible for damage caused by minors or non-active/limitedly active guests to the Apartments.
  17. Guests are responsible for the security of their valuables or may entrust their safekeeping to apartment administration. Administration reserves the right to reject items that, due to their nature, size, or value, may incur additional costs or inconvenience to the Apartments. Apartments are not liable for guests' unsafe left items.
  18. In cases where the safety of guests (-s) and/or damage to their property is threatened, or complaints from other apartment guests, apartment administration reserves the right to enter the guest room.
  19. Upon departure, guests must ensure all services are paid for and checkout is completed. If unpaid goods or services remain or if damage to apartment inventory occurred during the guest's stay, guests must contact apartment administration at +370 666 94900 and settle any outstanding invoices.
  20. For all goods and services purchased or used by apartment guests but not settled or damage caused to the Apartments without compensation before checkout, Apartments reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the guest's registered bank card, without the guest's direct involvement, after informing them via the contact number or email provided in the registration card. It is understood that the guest has given permission to the Apartments for such a payment transaction.
  21. If the room is not vacated by 14:00 without the possibility to contact or if the guest maliciously fails to settle for services provided and does not vacate the room at the request of the administration, the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to secure rooms and store them until collection for the fee determined by the Apartments.

Prohibited Actions in the Apartments:

  • Moving furniture in the room without permission from the Apartments administration (applies to sofas, beds, wardrobes, cabinets, tables), moving them to common areas, other apartments, or outdoors.
  • Keeping easily flammable materials in the apartment room and common areas, burning candles, incense; damaging apartment inventory.
  • Accommodating more persons in the room than specified in the apartment reservation system.
  • Leaving electrical appliances unattended, covering electrical appliances with items not specifically intended for them.
  • Keeping pets, birds, reptiles, insects in the apartments. A specified fee is charged for non-compliance with this prohibition.
  • Disturbing other apartment guests' rest. Guests are prohibited from making noise in the apartments and/or on the apartment premises from 22:00 to 7:00 (e.g., playing loud music, playing musical instruments, singing loudly, shouting, whistling, or behaving in any other noisy manner). If a guest violates this prohibition and disturbs other guests residing in the Apartments (i.e., if at least one apartment guest complains to the apartment administration about the noise), the apartment administration may require noisy and/or non-compliant guests to vacate the apartments earlier.
  • Smoking in the apartments, common areas, near apartment windows, and doors. Smoking is only allowed in specially designated areas marked with a special sign. Fire detection and signaling systems are installed for the safety of apartment guests in all apartments.
  • Leaving minors and non-active/limitedly active individuals unattended in the rooms and apartment common areas. Parents/guardians/caretakers/accompanying individuals must ensure the safety of such individuals in the Apartments.
  • Climbing on furniture, beams, bricks, and other items and structures not intended for this purpose by children/guardians/accompanying persons living with them.
  • Allowing third parties (i.e., non-resident guests) into the Apartments without the administration's consent.
  • Bringing and/or keeping dangerous items, substances for human health, life, property in the Apartments, as well as bringing, keeping, and using narcotic and/or psychotropic substances. In case of violations of these prohibitions, apartment administration has the right to call the police to record the violation.

Final Provisions

  • The registered guest is responsible for any consequences arising because the guest and/or accompanying minors and/or his guests were unaware of or did not comply with these rules.
  • The administrator reserves the right to evict persons from the room earlier than the specified term, who do not follow and grossly violate the internal rules and behavior rules. They may also require compensation for damage and losses.
  • Any disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The administration of "KURPIAI suites & Spa" reserves the right to change these rules and regulations without prior notice.
