Reservation Rules

1. Definitions:

1.1. Seller - private legal entity UAB "Blulita", registered at the Legal Entities Register of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius branch, company code 302336337, VAT payer's code LT100004726810, registered address Vilkpėdės g. 24, LT-03151 Vilnius and "Kurpiai Suites & Spa", Kurpių g. 3, LT-91248, Klaipėda, Lithuania. 1.2. Guest - an individual of legal age or a minor (from 14 to 18 years old) with parental or guardian consent purchasing services from KURPIAI SUITES & SPA; legal entity.

1.3. Parties - Guest and Seller.

1.4. Personal Data - any information related to a natural person - name, surname, place of residence or other data provided during registration.

1.5. Rules - reservation rules establishing the rights and obligations of the Guest and Seller, procedure for purchasing, payment, use of services, and other points specified in this agreement.

1.6. Privacy Policy - a document approved by the Seller outlining the main rules for the collection, accumulation, processing, and storage of Personal Data using the website www.kurpiaihotel.lt.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By purchasing services from the Seller, the Guest agrees to the Reservation Rules of KURPIAI SUITES & SPA. This consent is considered a legal document specifying the rights and obligations of the Guest and Seller, procedure for purchasing services, payment, changes, and other points specified in this agreement.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legislation. The Guest will be informed about changes to the Rules via email. When making a new reservation, the Guest must re-read the Rules.

3. Moment of Entry into Force of the Reservation Contract

3.1. The contract between the Guest and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Guest receives a reservation confirmation via email.

3.2. The reservation of services provided by the Apartments can be guaranteed by advance payment or by a contract with the Apartments.

3.3. Upon arrival at the apartments, the Guest(s) fill out a "Guest Apartment Registration Card," indicating their name, surname, place of residence, name of the identity document, number, validity period, arrival and departure dates, and sign it.

4. Guest Rights

4.1. The Guest has the right to purchase services from KURPIAI SUITES & SPA according to these Rules.

4.2. The Guest has the right to cancel the service provision contract concluded with KURPIAI SUITES & SPA by sending a free-form email to [email protected].

  • Cancellation of reservation and refund:
  • If canceled 14 or more days before the scheduled accommodation start date, the full amount is refunded;
  • If canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled accommodation start date, 50% of the reservation value is refunded;
  • If canceled on the scheduled arrival day or no show - the paid amount is non-refundable;
  • If the stay is shortened, payment for unused days is non-refundable;

4.3. The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation according to the Rules.

4.4. The Guest has other rights established in the Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Guest Obligations

5.1. In order to purchase services from the Seller, the Guest must provide such personal data: Name, surname, recipient's address, email address, phone number.

5.2. The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If there are changes to personal data (delivery address, phone number, etc.), the Guest must immediately inform the Seller.

5.3. The Guest agrees that informational messages necessary for the ordered services will be sent to the email address or phone number specified by the Guest.

5.5. By using the Seller's services, the Guest must fulfill their obligations, comply with these Rules, the Privacy Policy, and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.6. The Guest must pay for the ordered services and accept them according to these Rules.

6. Seller Rights

6.1. The Seller has the right to suspend or terminate activities. In this case, all accepted and confirmed Buyer orders are completed, and new orders are not accepted.

6.2. If the Guest attempts to harm the Seller's work stability, security, or fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Guest's ability to use the Seller's services.

6.3. If it is not possible to contact the Guest due to incorrectly provided data, the reservation will be canceled within 1 day, if the Guest does not contact the Seller personally.

6.4. The Seller has other rights established in these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Seller Obligations

7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Guest with the opportunity to use the services provided by KURPIAI SUITES & SPA under the conditions specified in these Rules.

7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Guest's privacy and to process the Guest's Personal Data only in accordance with the Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.3. Inform the Guest by email or phone about the termination or suspension of the order due to possible unforeseen reasons. The Seller may offer the Guest a similar service or allow the Guest to choose on their own (for an additional fee); if the Guest disagrees, the money is refunded (if an advance payment was made). Refunds are made within 7 days.

7.4. Please note that under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code, consumers cannot withdraw from contracts for accommodation, goods delivery, car rental, public catering, or leisure services if the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision of services.

8. Quality Guarantee of Services and Term of Suitability for Use

8.1. The Guest, believing that their rights have been violated, must apply to the Seller in writing no later than three months from the date of the violation and state their requirements. The Seller must examine the request free of charge within 14 days and provide a detailed reasoned written response based on documents. If it is not possible to resolve the issues, the Guest has the right to apply to a non-judicial dispute resolution body (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, address Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to court.

8.2. Disputes arising from goods purchased online from a Seller based in the EU can be resolved through the Electronic Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

9. Liability

9.1. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Guest did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, Privacy Policy, despite being given the opportunity, and did not take into account the Seller's recommendations and their obligations.

9.2. In case of damage, the party at fault compensates the other party for direct losses.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These rules are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. The relationships arising under these rules shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
